Ghallywood actor Van Vicker has recently, been made an ambassador for The Federation of Liberian Youth (FLY) recently. The actor was so happy as his citation was awarded to him by the Vice-President of Liberia.
The overwhelmed actor shared a few pictures of him with his
citation on instagram.

The citation was given to me by His Excellency the Vice President of the Republic of Liberia Joseph Nyuma Boakai.
