Ciara and Rusell Wilson getting married today and no phones allowed

Russell Wilson and Ciara are getting married in a ceremony in England in just a few hours ... and are making sure no one leaks any photos.

According to TMZ, "sources say the couple is set to swap "I Dos" at a castle in front of roughly 100 of their closest friends and family members.
We're told all guests will be asked to fork over their cell phones -- so no one can Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, Pinterest, Periscope or MySpace the event.

Our sources say the guests will meet at a central location -- and will be transported to the mystery wedding location ... to ensure privacy.

Is this dress too short ? Lady gets bullied for rocking this dress to a wedding

Is this dress too short for a wedding?  A friend of the unnamed guest posted a picture to a New Zealand radio station' The Breeze's Facebook page on Sunday with a simple question.

 Can we get some advice from you please? A friend wore this dress to a wedding in the weekend and got targeted big time. She says she got treated rudely by other women at the wedding who saw her as a target for wearing this dress.
A woman came up behind her and slapped her on the bum and said it was on a dare from a group of other women who were watching and snickering. Someone else seemingly purposely spilt a beer on her.
She's amazed that grown women could be so immature and such bullies. Okay, but wait. She wants to know - Did she bring ANY of this on herself by wearing this dress to a wedding? Your thoughts?

50 Cent Arrested - You Can't Say 'Motherf*****' in the Caribbean

11:00 AM PT -- 50's rep says the rapper was only booked to host, not perform.  The rep says the concert was a great success and "for future trips to St. Kitts he will leave the motherf****** in the United States."
We're told he's already paid his fine and has gotten outta Dodge for the US of A.
50 Cent was arrested in St. Kitts in the Caribbean Saturday night ... for using a word that's apparently illegal there ... 'motherf*****."

Sources tell TMZ, 50 had been warned not to use profanity during his performance in front of 40,000 people.  We're told the DJ didn't have a clean version of his set, and 50 didn't pull the mic away from his mouth when he roared, "motherf*****" ... and that was enough to get him arrested.
Cops showed up after the performance and took 50 to the station, where he was booked for using profanity in public.  It's a minor offense, but he has to stick around until Monday when he'll go to court and pay a fine.
The same thing happened to DMX in 2003.
