(Photo) Lol. See Wine bottle with Senator Dino Melaye's face on it

I don't really know what to say, but all I know is am seeing the face of a Nigerian Senator (Dino Melaye) on a bottle of wine.  Is the Senator know an owner of a wine manufacturing company? The wine also has the Nigerian Coat of Arm on it...am just speechless.
