Buhari's Silence And The Heavily Armed Jihadist Herdsmen on The Southern Part of Nigeria

How is it that Fulani terrorists can move from state to state armed and with their cows and no police or army knows about their arms or who gives it to them and why has nobody has made any attempt to disarm them?. From the south west to the south east down to the south south. They kidnapped Pa Falae in the west and has wrecked havoc in Delta state and from there to Agatu in the middle belt in Benue and from there to Enugu state. Buhari is not even a year old in power and this is happening. This is a jihadist movement disguised as herdsmen to Islamize Nigeria and unleash terror. Uthman Dan fodio mandated them to do this. For the first time in my life, I regret voting for Buhari. I have now seen what the Biafran agitators saw a long time ago and I regret not joining them. Nigeria can never be one when people like Buhari remain in power. I used to have respect for the man until now. Now ask your selves these salient questions
  • Why has the Fulani herdsmen suddenly become a formidable force since Buhari came to power?
  • Why has their weapons changed from Dane-guns, machetes and cutlasses to automatic AK47's and rocket propelled grenade launchers.
  • Why did the army arrest 72 youths from the attacked community who had earlier armed themselves to defend their lands and dump them into detention before this attack?
  • Why is the federal Government quick to subdue IPOB and detain its leader against court orders yet remain silent while the herdsmen run rampage on other peoples ancestral homes.
  • Why has the DSS not arrested even a single Fulani herdsman?
  • Who exactly is arming these Fulani nomads with sophisticated weapons and for what reasons?
  • Why is their suddenly a grazing bill seeking to be made law while other more critical needs abound in the nation?
I agree the Fulani Herdsmen terrorizing Nigerians did not start under Buhari led Govt but he remains their patron even till date.
Buhari did not condemn them then as a civilian elder herdsman instead he backed them fully. Buhari gladly accepted their appointment as their Patron and then started ignoring their atrocities. He backed them fully, he intervened many times as an individual/ ex head of state .

Buhari led Govt is complicit in all the atrocities committed by Fulani herdsmen because he himself is a herdsman and the commander in chief of the armed forces.
This path Buhari and other tribalists are towing will not lead anywhere than total anarchy. What is the man in the center saying. He vomits fire and brimstone while talking to pipe line vandals and was very swift to slaughter IPOB boys and incarcerate their leader but now when it comes to the real terrorists who are his people, He wont even make a comment but send Lai Mohammed to tell us they are quietly working on it.
We all know he turns a blind eye because they are his brothers.
The only thing Buhari has done since he came into power is to cover up for his tribe and then put tribes against each other.
If it were to be Biafra protesters they would have arrested all of them since and jailed them and not released them even when court will say they should.

I am still trying to understand how would someone take a life just to feed a cow? I am wondering how a sane man in the 21st century is talking about feeding cows when other nations are enriching uranium and going green in power generation. Is it not a shame that Buhari has reduced Nigeria to the home of cattle rearers. The silence from state governors in the east is also as criminal as the silence from the Presidency, they are all culpable here and let these so called Ohaneze, Igbo Elders forum and Deputy senate President,Ex Governors, Past and Present Members of the National assembly, Traditional rulers hide their heads in shame.
The last time youths from the attacked area tried to defend themselves, they were arrested (72) of them and detained in the barracks even though they had no sophisticated weapons. Now they went home only to be slaughtered in beds with their pregnant wives and children.
Who is in charge of our military. Who do they take order from. Who is the commander in chief of the armed forces of this fake contraption called Nigeria. As much as I may blame the governors for being cowards. I also want us to call a spade a spade. Buhari is a wicked tribalistic Jihadist bigot and that is the truth. A man who is not moved by innocent blood is only a vampire in disguise. When Dame Patience was wailing on national TV about "THE BLOOD WE ARE SHARING" we all saw the comic in it neglecting the reality on ground. There is no amount of good such a tribalistic man will offer. Other leaders in the world will not keep mute over such atrocities. Only a terrorist president will keep mute over the issue of blood.

My submission.
Nigeria has to be careful cause the way we are going religion wise and tribal wise is just scary.
This is how Hitler started, he turned a blind eye to the maltreatment of Jews and then later made it official for them to be maltreated and where did it lead him or his people? I have said this over and over again, since Fulani herdsmen have started carrying guns rather or along side sticks, farmers should start carrying guns alongside with hoes and cutlass. The first to defend his agricultural products win. It's sad for the president to keep mute on this issue. Look at how kids, pregnant women etc are been slaughtered. No president sees such and keep mute. Worse is that those closer to him are also keeping mute. I foresee a civil war if this isn't put to a halt.
I am really worried the way things are going in this country.
There is a ticking time bomb somewhere and we don't know where or when it will go off and the casualties that will follow .

I preferred the old less inflammatory Beyoncé-Piers Morgan writes

I never like it when entertainers go all political.

The cynic in me believes it’s rarely done for genuine reasons but for strictly commercial ones.Whether it’s Oscar-winners preaching from the Academy Awards pulpit or Madonna seizing the best-looking babies from African orphanages, it always looks and sounds like they’re using a ‘good cause’ as a fashion accessory.

Which brings me to Beyoncé and her new ‘visual-album’, Lemonade.

Now, I bow to no man nor woman when it comes to my admiration for this lady.

I once spent a delightful day with her in London for CNN and she was bright, warm, funny, sharp and incredibly impressive. We chatted, had tea and scones, and finally went to the famous department store Harrods to buy a copy of her new album.

There, word quickly spread and several thousand people raced down to to form a frenzied throng desperate to get close to their idol.
Things grew steadily more intense, physical and scary until eventually I witnessed her chief bodyguard – a giant of a man – actually punch a paparazzi straight on the head, knocking him to the floor. That was real superstar fame, on a scale few well-known people will ever experience.
Beyoncé’s over-excited audience that day pretty much typified what I suspect her normal audience looks like: black, white, asian, hispanic, young, old, male, female, Jewish, Muslim, Christian.

In other words, a multi-cultural, age, gender and religion irrelevant demographic.

She’s a global brand, one of the best in the business, and has generally steered studiously clear of saying or doing anything too contentious which might polarise that audience – preferring to entertain for the sake of entertaining.

But just lately, Beyonce’s been adding a far more serious, deeply political and race-fuelled tone to her work.
In February of this year, she dropped the song “Formation” which contained references to the activist movement Black Lives Matter.
A video accompanying it included Beyoncé strewn across a sinking police car in a withering throwback to police mistreatment of the black community in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.Other scenes showed a wall bearing the graffiti “Stop Shooting Us” and a young black boy dancing in a hoodie in front of a line of policemen.
It was seen, understandably, as an attack on U.S. police.

The next day, Beyoncé sang Formation during the half-time Superbowl show and stepped up the police-hating theme with a tribute to the militant activist group, Black Panthers.

Her back-up dancers had Panthers-style afro hairstyles and black berets, formed an X on the pitch and punched the air in the style of the famous black power salute.

Beyoncé herself wore black leather and a bandolier of bullets.

To say this was a provocative statement is putting it mildly.
The Black Panthers, set up as a group who would protect black Americans from police brutality, became infamous for their own brutality, especially against police, and widespread criminal and murderous membership within their ranks.

Beyonce’s tribute to them was branded ‘disgraceful and outrageous’ by former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, incensed that she had ‘used the platform of the Superbowl to attack the police.’

Now, just two months later, she has released her full album Lemonade.

Many of the instant headlines attached to it focus on her apparent calling out of husband Jay-Z as a love cheat. But I was far more drawn to the politically-charged content in much of the rest of it.

There’s a clip of Malcolm X, the radical and controversial black separatist who opposed Dr Martin Luther King’s creed of non-violence, saying: ‘The most disrespected person in America is the black woman.’

Another shows two grieving mothers appearing on camera.
The first is Lesley McSpadden, filmed crying as she holds a photo of her late son Mike Brown who was shot dead by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri in 2014 – an incident which sparked huge protests.

The second is Sybrina Fulton, whose 17-year-old son Trayvon Martin was killed in Florida by a local vigilante George Zimmerman in a case that sparked national outrage in 2012.
I have huge personal sympathy for both women and there is no doubt that African-Americans have been treated appallingly by certain rogue elements within the country’s police forces.

But I felt very uneasy watching these women being used in this way to sell an album. It smacks of shameless exploitation.

My mind went back to my CNN interview with Beyoncé and the moment when we discussed her live performance at President Barack Obama’s first inauguration ball in 2008.

‘Did you experience racism as you grew up?’ I asked.
A bit, but I feel like with my career I’ve now broken barriers. I don’t think people think about my race. I think they look at me as an entertainer and a musician and I’m very happy about that because that’s how I look at people. It’s not about color and race, and I’m happy that’s changing.’

‘At the time of the inauguration,’ I said, ‘the most powerful man in the world was African-American, Oprah was the biggest TV star, you were the biggest singing star and Tiger Woods was No1 golfer. That would have been unthinkable 30 years ago.’

‘Exactly,’ she replied.

‘The sea change came through personal achievement as much as anything else.’

‘Absolutely. I’m proud of that and I’m just praying that we continue to grow and people continue to see the right things in people.’

That interview took place five years ago.

Beyoncé then was unrecognisable from the militant activist we see now. Then, she was at pains to be seen as an entertainer and musician and not as a black woman who sings.

Now, it seems to be the complete opposite.

The new Beyoncé wants to be seen as a black woman political activist first and foremost, entertainer and musician second.I still think she’s a wonderful singer and performer, and some of the music on Lemonade is fantastic.
But I have to be honest, I preferred the old Beyoncé.The less inflammatory, agitating one.
The one who didn’t use grieving mothers to shift records and further fill her already massively enriched purse. The one who didn’t play the race card so deliberately and to my mind, unnecessarily.

The one who wanted to be judged on her stupendous talent not her skin color, and wanted us all to do the same.
Piers Morgan writes for Mailonline

N1.4bn fraud: Court sentences Ex-Kogi lawmaker to 154 years in prison

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Monday, secured the conviction of a former member of the Kogi State House of Assembly and former Caretaker Chairman, Ogori/Magongo Local Government Area of the state, Gabriel Daudu, for a N1.4 billion fraud.Daudu, who was first arraigned in April 2010, was prosecuted by the EFCC on a 208 count charge bordering on money laundering and misappropriation of public funds.
Justice Inyang Ekwo, who presided over the case at a Federal High Court in Lokoja, Kogi State, found him guilty of 77 counts and sentenced him to 154 years imprisonment.
In his ruling, the trial judge, held that the prosecution proved its case beyond every reasonable doubt, and therefore, sentenced Daudu to two years on each of the 77 counts to run concurrently.
Before the conviction of Daudu, prosecuting counsel, Wahab Shittu, tendered various exhibits before the court and fielded 13 witnesses to prove the case against him.
It would be recalled that in the course of the trial presided over by Justice Ekwo, had indicated that the trial might have to start afresh as the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta, had asked Justice P.M. Ayuba of the Lokoja Division of the court to take over the case.
However, Shittu had pleaded with Justice Auta to review the decision. The Chief Judge, thereafter, returned the case file to Justice Ekwo, who has now found Daudu guilty of the 77 counts.

Robert Pattinson and fiancee FKA Twigs end engagement

According to reports, actor Robert Pattinson has ended his relationship with singer FKA Twig. Below is what In Touch is reporting:
Don't cue the wedding bells! In Touch has exclusively learned that Robert Pattinson has canceled his wedding to singer FKA twigs! The two were supposed to tie the knot this summer but "Rob called it off," an insider revealed to the mag. This news comes as no surprise since things seemingly haven't been picture perfect between the two.
"It's been a long time coming. They were fighting all the time," the source said. According to the source, "Rob felt trapped" and the wedding plans were a "major drag" for the Twilight star.

Furthermore, FKA twigs wasn't the girl Robert thought she was — and her true colors eventually came to light during their wedding planning. "[She] isn't the girl for him. She's very jealous and he was sick of having to explain himself," the insider added.

"He's still young and just decided he wasn't ready to settle down." Maybe the Dior spokesman has had cold feet for a while, as In Touch previously reported he was secretly talking to his ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart back in December 2015.

This will be the first failed engagement for each of the two stars, who dated for six months before friend T-Pain revealed they were engaged in April 2015.

See what a dad did to 17 year old man who raped his 7 month old daughter

A father in India has chopped off the hands of a man who was accused of raping his seven-month-old daughter.

25-year-old Parminder Singh is said to have beaten the 17-year old man, tied him to a tree, and hacked off both his hands, before leaving him abandoned next to a canal.

The younger man was accused of molesting a baby in 2014, after allegedly being caught in the act by the baby's mother. Police sent him to a juvenile remedial home as he awaited trial.
On April 19, he was making a court appearance in the Bathinda district of Punjab, when the baby's father apparently lured him away by offering him an out of court settlement.

Swapan Sharma, a senior police officer of Bathinda said: 'He (the father) took him near a dried up canal, beat him up badly and then tied him to a tree and finally hacked his hands off. Locals alerted police and we rushed to the spot. We picked him up, his hands, and took him to the hospital.'

He confirmed the man was in a stable condition, but said: 'There is nothing below the wrists now.'

The police said they were now hunting for the father, a brick kiln labourer, who they will charge with attempted murder.

I raped friend’s daughter because I had no money to patronize prostitutes - Suspect

He bowed in shame and self pity when approached, burying his face in his palms. When asked what brought him to the Lagos State Police Command , he burst into tears, still refusing to lift his face.
After waiting endlessly for his response, he slowly lifted his head, with tears trickling down his cheeks. He spoke in an inaudible voice saying, “The devil pushed me to rape my late friend’s daughter.”
Thirty-two year-old Nurudeen Oriyomi was arrested for allegedly defiling his late friend’s 12-year-old daughter at Alhaji Yinusa street, Bariga, Lagos. The act took place in his one-room apartment at
about 2pm on April 9, 2016, while the girl was sent on an errand.
Information at Crime Guard’s disposal had it that Oriyomi and the father of the primary five pupil were friends before the latter’s demise two years ago. Since then, Oriyomi had reportedly been close to the family.
However, the relationship took a sinister dimension penultimate Thursday, after Oriyomi allegedly defiled the eldest child. The suspect, as gathered, stood in front of his house when he sighted the 12-year-old girl ( name withheld) passing-by. He called her and asked where she was going, before inviting her inside, pretending to send her on an errand. He ended up defiling her.
But the burble burst five days later, after the girl’s mother noticed she was walking with difficulty. She reportedly ignored her initially, apparently thinking she could have sustained the injury while playing. But she was attracted to the blood stain on her daughter’s pant when she sat opposite her to relate activities of the day.
Apparently thinking she had started observing her monthly menstrual flow, she curiously asked her daughter, who revealed to her dismay, after much persuasion, that she was raped by ‘brother’ Nurudeen as he was popularly addressed.
The primary school pupil further told her mother that she wanted to shout during the act but Oriyomi gagged her and after that, gave her N50, with a stern warning not to disclose what happened to anyone.
Unable to believe what she has just heard, the widow intimated a neighbor who insisted that Oriyomi must be accosted . He was said to have owned up and begged passionately to be forgiven. But the case was reported at Bariga division , consequent upon which he was arrested. The case was later transferred to the gender Unit, Lagos state Police Command where operatives swung into action by taking the victim to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, where a test conducted confirmed that her hymen had been broken .
Oriyomi was paraded among other alleged suspected criminals terrorizing Lagos State. In this interview with Crime Guard, he blamed his indulgence on the devil and hardship which he said made him unable to get money to patronize commercial sex workers. Hear him;
“ I am a visitor here because I raped my friend’s daughter. I was actually sex- starved and was looking for every available means to ease myself. Before now, I used to patronize commercial sex workers any time I had such urge. But on this day, I had no money to pay them (commercial sex worker) or to buy condom.
I was just outside contemplating on what to do when I sighted her. I called her inside, asked her to pull her dress while I pulled her pant and had carnal knowledge of her. When her mother came, I admitted and begged her to forgive me but I never knew she did not forgive me,” stated the suspect from Ilorin, Kwara state.
The Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, disclosed that the 12 year-old girl was traumatized and was being medically treated at Mirabel Medical Centre, Ikeja.

21-year-old mother declared brain-dead after giving birth to twins, family donates her organs to save 6 lives

Shao Ziyan gave birth to healthy twin boys two months ago. On Wednesday, April 13, the 21-year-old was declared brain dead by a Zhejiang hospital, China, after a short battle with acute fatty liver of pregnancy (AFLP), a rare complication of pregnancy, for some fifty days. AFLP is a rare condition that affects 1 in 15,000 pregnancies, and normally occurs in the third trimester.

In a act worthy of emulation, Shao's family members decided to donate her organs, which have gone on to save four lives and help two people regain their eyesight.
"Donating my daughter’s organs will let her life continue in another form. It’s like my daughter’s still alive and has never left me," Ziyan’s father Shao Wanhua said, describing why he made the brave and praiseworthy decision.
Shao’s husband Chen said he will let the twins take two surnames, taking both their father’s and mother’s family names, to commemorate his wife. According to CCTV, people have been donating money to the family to provide support for the motherless two-months-old twins.

Must read! My issue with Wizkid, why I took the case to the police - Linda Ikeji

 As we all know, famous blogger Linda Ikeji and super star, Wizkid has been having serious social media beefing for some months. As at today 17/4/2016, Linda published an article on her blog with the caption;
"My issue with Wizkid...why I took the case to the police."
Her words;
I'm sure many of you have read that the police is now involved in my issue with Wizkid. Yes, I reported his public threat to me two Sundays ago to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police and I want to explain why I did it! Please pay attention and keep an open mind.

I've read a lot online from people saying I don't like Wizkid. Even Wizkid himself thinks I don't like him. Why he or anyone would think so is puzzling to me to be honest. Apart from his achievements after he started insulting me online a few weeks ago...everything else, every success Wizkid has recorded in the last 3/4 years is on LIB. All the awards, all the record breaking feats, his sold out concerts, his foreign magazine features, and collaborations, everything that has built him up to the young man he is today is on LIB. Please verify! Search my blog. Please continue...

I was a huge Wizkid fan. The only song I danced harder to than his 'Dance For Me' track was Fuse ODG's 'Antenna and Kiss Daniel & DJ Shabzy's Raba. So, no, I had no dislike for Wizkid. But about a year ago, I noticed his indirect snide remarks at me...and when some other music star beefed with me, Wizkid showed his support and made disrespectful comments. That was when I noticed he had issues with me... but that didn't stop me from writing about him and celebrating him.

Now to the issue at hand. When I reported that he was served quit notice at his Lekki home, I stated fact and I didn't write it out of malice. It's not everyday you get exclusive stories...and I'm sure any other blogger who got the story first would also have published it. So, there was no beef, I was just doing my job. A day or so after I wrote this story, Wizkid went on my instagram page to call me names and lied that I slept with some director of his...which I have said before is 1000% lies! But the insult and lies is not why the police is now involved.

Here's the thing; You can insult me, insult my family, call me any names you like, even lie that I slept with your forefathers...but don't threaten me. If you threaten me, I will act!

I read people online saying that I reported to the police because I am scared of Wizkid. No, my darlings, I am not afraid of Wizkid. Though I do not take his threats lightly. I went to the authorities for two reasons...and please young boys of our generation, pay attention to what I am about to write below.

You see, violence against women and threat of violence against women is not okay. Threatening harm to someone in a public space is a criminal act in every country of the world, including Nigeria. I bet some of you didn't know that, yeah? You can not publicly threaten someone with harm. You will only get away with it if your victim doesn't report to the authorities. If they do, you will have a case with the police and I promise you, the police take these things seriously.

I reported this case to the authorities because I want our young men to know this is not okay. You should not raise your hands on a woman. You shouldn't even threaten to raise your hands on a woman. Wizkid wrote that he would send his 16 year old cousin to beat the shit out of me. Letting Wizkid get away with it is basically telling our young men that this is okay...and it's not!

After Wizkid made the threat to me, I saw a lot of teen boys hailing and applauding him. To them, this was okay. If their idol can threaten a woman with harm, and use derogatory words, they also can do it...and that's how the circle of abuse of women continues. Women being called 'smelly pussy' trended online for a day or two! Little boys were happy to use the words. Sad!

It is appalling to me that anyone, especially women, would cheer Wizkid on. When he wrote RIP Linda, I saw a few young girls write same, laughing. This is not a laughing matter. It doesn't matter whether you like me or not! This is not about Linda Ikeji. This is about abuse of women which has eaten deep into our society, so deep that it has now been accepted as normal. Men do it all the time and get away with it. So many women are battered by their husbands and they refuse to speak up because of the stigma. They refuse to seek help because they are afraid of what people will say. I am sorry, I am not one of those women. I refuse to be victimized. And as long as I have my voice and my platform, I will speak up.

We women have to come together to lend a strong voice to the plight of women in our continent. When we see a woman being physically and mentally abused, let's act. Let's speak up. Let's not laugh and say she deserves it. If we continue to keep quiet, the circle of abuse will continue. And one day, You, yes You, will find yourself in the receiving end of a thundering slap, followed by heavy blows. If not you, then maybe your daughter? Let's condemn violence and threat of violence against women! This is not acceptable!

Young men like Wizkid, a father of two young boys himself, should never advocate violence against women. One day, he will have a daughter, how would he feel if another male threatens to put hands on her or even calls her a hoe?

I can't count how many times Wizkid called me a hoe in his rant against me. That's what boys do. When they get into a fight with a woman, they try to slut-shame her. Smelly pussy, hoe, ashawo etc. You call a woman, who gave another young woman, whose real name she doesn't even know N500,000 just because she said she would rather work by carrying cement than prostitute herself, that's the person you call a hoe? When your mind is so warped you can't differentiate between a woman and a hoe, then this is what happens. Except you drive to Sanusi Fanfuwa at 2am to pick up a prostitute, who proudly describes herself as one, then you shouldn't call any woman a hoe.

Even Tupac who was a well known thug could differentiate between the types of women he dealt with. When asked in an interview why he called women bitches, he said people shouldn't confuse things, that he wouldn't address a mother or a sister the way he would address a bitch, that the bitches were the ones he dealt with in the clubs who behaved like one. He reiterated that he respected women!

In more civilized countries, Wizkid would have lost his endorsements and spent the next year or so apologizing and being in the fore-front of promoting anti-violence crusades against women. It took Chris Brown years to get back on his feet after his assault on a woman. Up till today, he doesn't have any major endorsements and some countries still deny him entrance into their country i.e Australia for something he did 7 years ago. Yes, violence against women is serious!

And there's the case of incitement. When you have power and influence, you have to be careful what you say in public. Because you have such power, something you say can influence your followers. A fan can commit acts that even you may not support or might not even condone. But because it came out of your mouth, they think you mean it. So it is irresponsible to say things that might be inciteful. In Law, you can be held responsible when people act based on what you said in public. Tupac was charged to court and indicted after some thugs killed a police officer. The thugs went to court and mentioned that their idol encouraged violence against LA police officers in a song where he said 'Drop a cop'. So, we folks with some measure of influence should be more careful with our utterances. People are watching and listening!

The second reason I filed a police report is to encourage other women in similar situations to do same. My dear ladies, if a man threatens to puts hands on you, and you feel the threat is real, report to the authorities. Don't wait until he does it. What if you don't survive it? If he's picked up and may be charged to court (yes, you can be charged to court for making threats...it's a misdemeanor with a prison sentence), then he will think twice before making threats against you in the future or any other woman for that matter.

I went as far as I did for me and for other women. This is to pass a strong message to our young men that these kinds of behaviour towards women will not be tolerated. Should not be tolerated. If you assault or even threaten to assault a woman, the law will come after you if she chooses not to be silent. Women, don't be silent. Let's break the circle. For your sake, for my sake, for the sake of our daughters, grand daughters, great grand daughters and all other women that will follow them.

And that's really all I have to say in the matter. Thank you guys for reading

And to Wizkid fans, please be rest assured that I wish him all the best in life. He will continue to grow from strength to strength (as long as he doesn't endorse violence against women) and his light will never diminish. God brought him to this level and will continue to keep him. I have nothing but love for his craft and hope that one day, we will put this behind us.
God bless him, me, you and everyone else in the world
Cheers.

Oh and by the way, I'm starting my vlog series soon. #excited!
