My name is Tayla and I'm starting this petition with the help of my mum.
I'm almost 13 years old and I go to Dysart State High School.I'm the most unpopular kid at school and people make my life a living hell. Every day people call me fatso, weirdo, ugly, freak, and tell me I should kill myself.
I've been pushed to the ground, had people go through my bag, or break my scooter when I rode it to school. Even people in other grades who I don't know do these things to me too.
Other people in my class throw things at me and film it on their phones. They tell me they're going to upload it to the net.
One boy continues to sexually harass me. He calls me rude sexual names and spreads rumors about me which I can't post here because they are too sexual. He follows me around and laughs at me that I do all kinds of sexual things which I don't.
I have told teachers many times, my mum has called the school, and I have had school meetings. None of this is helping. I've been told to just ignore these people, but I can't take it anymore. I don't know what else to do or where else to go for help.
My life is hell. I only beg for you to please sign my petition to ask Dysart State High School to take a stronger stance against bullying and for the Government to stop the school getting away with this.
I will give your signatures to my school and the Government to show them other people want to take a stand against bullying, and that Dysart State High School should do more to protect students like me so our education doesn't have to be hell.

15yrs old girl gang raped by three men who strangled her to death before hanging her

A 15-year-old girl was gang raped by men who strangled her to death before hanging her body from a tree to make it look like suicide, police in India have revealed.

The teenager slipped out of her home in the Bahraich district of India's Uttar Pradesh while her family was sleeping before going to meet one of the men.

But when she arrived, she realised he had brought along two of his friends who then attacked her, said police Superintendent Salik Ram Verma. 
When the girl resisted, they strangled her before hanging her body from a tree just under a mile from her home.Police have arrested two men while a 'third accused is one the run', Verma told AFP.

Verman said: 

'When the girl resisted their bid, she was raped and later strangled. To make it look like a case of suicide, they hung her body from a tree and left the spot.'

Four local police constables have also been suspended after an initial lack of action over the incident sparked outrage among villagers.

'I have suspended four constables for laxity and have issued stern instructions to the inspector concerned to book the third accused soon,' Verma said.The medical report has confirmed rape and strangulation,' he added

“Pastor Put His Prick in my Bum-bum and Gave Me N10” – 7 year old Girl Reveals Shocking Story

 A Lagos church pastor simply identified as Joseph, who is a trader at the Alaba International Market, is reportedly in Police net for allegedly raping his neighbour’s 7-year-old granddaughter at Mechanic Bus Stop, Ojo, Lagos.
According to reports, the victim’s mother, Mrs Nene Oguchi, 
alongside her three children visited her sick father who lives in the same compound with the suspect three weeks ago. During this period, the victim was allegedly raped twice by Joseph who is popularly called Pastor in the vicinity.
It was gathered that the bubble burst after a teenager in the compound confided in the victim’s mother that the Pastor had earlier defiled his 12-year-old brother, Collins.
Shocked at the disclosure, the victim’s mother made further enquiries only to discover that her visiting daughter had fallen victim of the notorious serial rapist. The victim told her bewildered mother that the first time pastor did it was the day she, together with her younger ones, went inside the Pastor’s room.

“When we entered, he told my little sister Amaka to take my brother, Victor outside. When they went outside, Uncle asked me to sit on his laps, removed my pants and his trouser and started putting his private part inside my bum-bum. Later, white substance began to come out from it. After he finished, he gave her N10.00. 
“The second time was in the afternoon; I was in the passage alone, so Uncle Joseph started calling me, in a low voice, to come in. I thought he wanted me to run some errand for him. So, I went inside his room and he did the same thing to me. After he finished, he gave me two sliced bread,” she said.

When asked why she didn’t tell her mother, she said that Uncle threatened that he will kill her if she told anyone. 
Mother of the victim who spoke to Crime Alert gave her own account of the incident. “I live in the East with my husband and children. I came to visit my sick father who lives in that compound on the 29th of April with my three young children. 

“At about 6pm when I got home on Monday, I was washing clothes when one of my neighbour’s children, named Junior (14 years old) came to me and said that there was something that happened that he wanted to tell me. I asked him what, he said one of our neighbours, Joseph (a.k.a. Brother pastor) pleaded with his mother to allow his younger brother Collins, (12-years old) sleep in his room since his sister didn’t come back home that night.” 
According to him: “Ignorantly, my mother agreed and that night, my younger brother slept in his room. In the morning when Collins woke up, he complained to me that Pastor didn’t allow him to sleep in the night, as he kept touching his penis, kissing, and troubling him all through the night. He pulled his trouser and when he tried to shout, he closed his mouth.”

Junior further explained that thrice the Pastor attempted to rape him and he told him off, as such he dislikes him. She continued: 

“I asked Junior why he didn’t report to his mother, he said he didn’t because the Pastor is dating his mother and that his mother would not believe him. Still, I encouraged him to tell his mother which he did. Unfortunately when he did, the mother slapped him, asking how he would make such an allegation against Joseph the Pastor. 
“While this was going on, two siblings from another tenant, Joel and Emma said that the same Pastor has done similar things to them, too. I asked them why they didn’t tell their mother when it happened, they said he threatened to kill them if they told anyone. 
“I was shocked so I called my daughter (names withheld) and asked her if she heard what Junior, Joel and Emma had said. She said yes. I asked her if the Pastor had done something like that to her, she started shivering and said; “Yes mummy, please don’t beat me.” I asked her how many times, she said twice. After she explained to me, I raised alarm. Then, the Pastor was already inside the house of one of the vicrtim’s mother, Mama Collins. 
“I then confronted him. He didn’t say anything, it was Mummy Collins that was pleading with me to calm down and stop shouting and advised that I should not tell anyone. I told her that it was not possible, that there was no way I would sweep a case of defilement against my daughter under the carpet. I then called my husband who had travelled to the east. 
“It was my husband that told me to report the case to the police, which I did on Tuesday morning because it was already late. When I got to Iyana-Isashi Police Station, the police officers were confused because the suspect had come to report the case to them the previous night. 
“The police took my daughter to a private hospital in Ali-Baba, Isashi, where a test was conducted and it was discovered that she has been sexually abused, recently. After attempts to persuade me to settle the case failed, the police officer in-charge of the case said that if I want the case to be charged to court, I should be ready to pay money for transportation to Badagry Magistrate’s court.
“On Wednesday afternoon, the police officer in-charge of the case hurriedly took us to Badagry Magistrate’s court after he heard that human right groups were interested in the case. Unfortunately, we got there late and the case could not be heard because the court didn’t sit. 
“They referred us to Ojo Magistrate’s court. I don’t understand how the police is handling the case any more as the IPO says I won’t be going to the court with my daughter. Since the incident took place, many of the suspect’s relatives including an Anglican priest, have been calling asking us to name our price, that they would pay anything for the case not to go to court. The suspect who was initially denying the allegation, later started begging me to forgive him and withdraw the case.”

Lamenting, the victim’s father, Chinedu Oguchint, a trader, who came to Lagos because of the case on Wednesday, said: 

“I want the case to be properly investigated and we want justice to be done. We are calling on the Commissioner of Police, Owoseni Fatai, Lagos State Government and the human right groups to intervene in this issue as the suspect’s relatives are attempting to cover the case up.”

How a Wicked Grandmother & Stepmother Plucked a 2-year-old’s Eye, Cut His Tongue and Broke His Limbs in Kano (See Photos)

A two-year-old boy identified as Musa Murtala, who was allegedly tortured by his grandmother and stepmother at their home in Gulu town in the Rimin Gado LGA in Kano state, is currently battling for his life at the Murtala Muhammed Specialist Hospital.
It was gathered that the two suspects allegedly broke the legs and arms of Musa, cut his tongue, removed his eye and private parts.

Nura Idris, the Chief Medical Director of the hospital, disclosed to Punch Metro on Tuesday that it would take some weeks for the victim to recover, adding that he had deep cuts in different parts of his body.
The victim’s father was said to have reported the incident to the Kano State Police Command, which immediately sent men to arrest the suspects, after which the case was transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department.
It was gathered that Musa’s mother left his father after a disagreement which culminated in a divorce. The mother was said to have handed him over to his father, who then put Musa in the care of his grandmother and stepmother. The duo was alleged to have tortured him for reasons yet to be ascertained.
DSP Musa Magaji, the Kano State Police Public Relations Officer, who confirmed the incident, said that the suspects were in custody. “It happened on Friday. The boy’s father came back from work late and when he saw what had happened to the child, he reported to the police.

“He said he divorced the boy’s mother and handed him over to his mother and second wife. He said it was on Friday that he discovered what both his wife and mother had done to his son.
“We took him to the Murtala Muhammed Specialist Hospital. His legs and arms were broken; there was a deep cut on his private parts, he was also not seeing with one eye. Because he is a toddler, there is no way we can ask him what happened,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Chief Medical Director, Murtala Muhammed Specialist Hospital, who spoke with a correspondent on the telephone, said Musa was admitted in the children wing of the female orthopaedic ward, adding that it could take weeks for him to recover from the injuries which were inflicted with a sharp object.

“His tongue, one of his eyes and a part of his private parts were cut. He had fractures of the humerus (upper limbs) and femura (lower limbs). There were lacerations here and there in his body. From the nature of the injuries, those behind the crime used a very sharp object, which could be a blade or knife.
“He had surgeries yesterday (Monday). We did some repairs on him and he’s doing well now. He is a child and his bones are still growing. Fractures for a child will not take long to heal. I am sure in a couple of weeks, he should be okay,” he said.

Heartless duo busted trying to sell girl's virginity for $10,000

Two heartless Texans were busted in a scheme to sell a girl's virginity for $10,000. Adriana Aguilar, 33, took advantage of her relationship with the victim before trying to pawn her off on 32-year-old Cirino Santiago Delacruz, according to the probable cause affidavit obtained by the Daily News.

The incident took place when Aguilar drove the girl to an apartment where Delacruz was waiting. Aguilar had told the girl, who was pals with the suspect's daughter, that they were going to Dallas to run an errand.

The girl later told investigators that she had previously seen Delacruz at a restaurant, but did not know him.
Aguilar told the victim that Delacruz offered to pay $10,000 to have sex with her and take her virginity, according to court documents.

The victim "was not OK with this" but was physically forced into a bedroom of the apartment and held down by Delacruz while he forced himself on her. Delacruz kissed her and reached under her shirt while she was trying to get him off her, according to court documents.

When Delacruz tried to take her pants off, she fought him off. He would let her leave the room.
Aguilar then became angry with the girl because she would not have sex with Delacruz.

Delacruz then paid Aguilar $100 for being allowed to touch her breasts. Aguilar attempted to give $50 to the victim, but she did not want the money. Aguilar kept the other $50.
The female suspect then told the victim not to tell anyone what happened.

An alleged paedophile has been arrested in Mexico after a shocking video of him appearing to molest a four-year-old girl in a restaurant went viral.

The graphic footage allegedly showed the man groping the little girl under the table, as she leaned against his lap.

Sickeningly, the man in the clip seems to continue having a conversation with the rest of his group as he touches the girl.

It rapidly spread online, sparking a nationwide manhunt seeking to track down the man and see him punished.

In the frantic search for the man's identity, names were thrown around wildly both by members of the public and even by internet activist group Anonymous.

But police have announced that they have now arrested the alleged perpetrator, who turned out to be the little girl's father.

Juan Vicente Hernandez Leon, 48, was seized as he attempted to catch a bus to Mexico City, the nation's capital.

His wife ,Ms Algomeda uploaded her video to Facebook, offering her defence of her husband.

She describes the suffering that having her daughter taken away from her has caused.

‘Do you think that the child would have been so calm if my husband had been touching her inappropriately? Of course she wouldn’t, the girl would have reacted.’

She went on to claim that the little girl is suffering psychological damage for having been separated from her family.

A former US Coast Guard has been sentenced up to 200 years in prison for filming himself as he raped an 18-month-old girl in a motel before urinating on her.
During the sentencing hearing at Kent County Circuit Court in Michigan on Thursday,Judge Mark Trusock told Eric Devin Master,

 'You are truly an evil individual and we need to make sure that you are never allowed in society', .Detroit Free Press reported

Masters, 29, who was already sentenced to 50-years last month for making sexually explicit videos of children in five counties throughout the state, claimed he had an addiction to child pornography and said he had been a victim of abuse himself.

Masters, who pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, was accused of taking the toddler to a motel in 2012, where he tied her arms and legs to bedposts and raped her.

He admitted to assaulting the girl three times over the course of eight days.

Masters filmed himself engaging in multiple sex acts with the toddler before urinating on her in a video that he emailed to others in exchange for more child pornography, the FBI said.

The girl's mother begged the judge to keep Masters locked up, testifying that her daughter is still traumatized at the age of five.

Masters apologized for the 'horrible crime' and told the court:

 'Something horrible was done to me and number my emotions to others.'And then I committed the same horrible thing to others. With God's help we can both be healed.'
