“Amber is attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse. However, Amber’s claims were being questioned as Los Angeles police said they were not investigating an assault.
“Amber is a successful model and actress who earns her own income and is capable of supporting herself.Amber’s anger certainly cannot drive this dissolution proceeding.”

Stop invading my community, I'm not part of Niger Delta Avengers, says Tompolo
Wanted ex-militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo, a.k.a.Tompolo, on Sunday denied sponsoring the Niger Delta Avengers while pleading with them to cease fire.
He also condemned last Saturday’s invasion of his home and Gbaramatu communities by the military in the name of searching for him and members of the NDA,making it clear he wast hiding in the community.
In an appeal letter to members of the dreaded militant group, he said
“I still maintain that I know nothing about your group and the destruction of crude oil facilities in the Niger Delta region. That notwithstanding, for the love of country and out of patriotism, I wish to appeal to you once again to stop the bombing of oil facilities in the Niger Delta region, and embrace the path of dialogue with the Federal Government of Nigeria, as the government is ready to hear you out on whatever issues you wish to discuss with it.“You guys know that I do not know you and how to reach you, except through the mass media. If truly as you guys claimed that you are fighting for the well-being of the people of the Niger Delta, then you must adhere to this appeal, otherwise, the world will label you as criminals.-Come to think of the consequences of your actions in the region so far, particularly as it affects me and the people of Gbaramatu kingdom. Just yesterday (Saturday), the Nigerian Army invaded the ancestral headquarters of the kingdom, Oporoza town, under the guise of looking for members of your group, particularly me, who they have wickedly linked to your group, and unleashed mayhem on the innocent people of the community,”“And this happened in my absence as I am currently out of Gbaramatu kingdom, but what I gathered from some of the victims of the Army invasion is unspeakable. Even pots of soup were not spared. The Army has massively looted resident homes, desecrated traditional places of worship, committed sacrilege, abominations and what have you"
Mother gives birth to triplets so identical the odds are 200 million-to-one
After spending six weeks in intensive care, little Roman, Rocco and Rohan look so similar one can not tell them apart. The odds of having identical triplets is an incredible 200 million to one.
Fortunately for their 23-year-old mother, tell-tale features plus the ten-month-old triplets’ emerging personalities mean she for one has no trouble telling them apart.
‘When they were newborns it was quite hard to tell which one was which, but I never got them mixed up myself,’‘They’ve all got dark birthmarks between their eyebrows, but Roman’s is slightly darker than the others’, and Rohan has got a birthmark on his leg as well.
According to the Multiple Births Foundation, the only way to establish for certain whether twins or triplets are identical – known as zygosity determination – is usually DNA testing.
After consulting them, Miss Allen took cheek swabs from Roman, Rocco and Rohan and sent them off to a laboratory to be analysed – and earlier this month received the news that they are genetically identical.
I was surprised because I expected them to be non-identical,’ she said. ‘But then I’m normally the only one who can tell them apart, so that does explain a lot!’
The triplets get through around 130 nappies a week between them and four packs of baby wipes, while a pack of formula lasts about two days and the washing machine is run around three times a day.
As their father, Liam Tierney, 28, does not live with her, much of the day to day help comes from her sister Lauren, 17.

I did not beg or prostrate for Toyin Aimakhu, Ex-lover Seun Egbeegbe
Following his public apology on Instagram, Toyin Aimakhu's ex and entertainment promoter,Seun Egbebe did that because she dragged him before the commissioner who forced him to sign an undertaking..
Toyin's management confirmed Egbegbe signed an undertaking, assuring the CP that nothing would happen to her or her career as he earlier threatened .In a chat with Encomuim, he rubbished the reports..He said
“To start with, I don’t know anything about that. And to say that I signed any undertaking before the Commissioner of Police because of what happened between Toyin Aimakhu and myself is a lie. Also anybody saying that I prostrated for her before the CP or any where should come forward with a proof. How can I be prostrating for her? It’s an unfounded rumour.
“I, Seun Egbegbe, didn’t appear before the CP to sign any undertaking and I didn’t prostrate for Toyin or beg her for any reason. It’s just a rumour. Maybe those writing or posting that are only looking for unnecessary attention or maybe it’s being sponsored. If that’s true, I believe there should be a photograph as evidence just like it happened in the case of Wizkid and Linda Ikeji. So, it’s just a waste of time believing that kind of rubbish. All I know is that Toyin and I have settled and there’s no issue between us again.”

You can't legislate against human stupidity,' he told AAP on Monday.'This is a tragedy but it was avoidable. There are warning signs everywhere up there.'
Senior Constable Russell Parker revealed details about the struggle which saw the 46-year-old taken away by a crocodile.
The swimmer's last words before she disappeared were 'a croc's got me', Channel Nine reported.
The friend then ran to a nearby business to raise the alarm, and was taken to hospital suffering shock and grazes.Queensland Ambulance service said the woman was extremely traumatised, having watched her friend being pulled out into the ocean.
They had been walking along the beach and they've decided to go for a swim ... (it was) probably a very nice, clear night, but obviously (they) may not have been aware of the dangers.'We believe they were visiting the area and weren't local to it,' Mr Parker said.
