The All Progressive Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party are not happy on the result of the card reader test conducted by INEC on Saturday,8th March 2015.
The PDP secretary,Olisa Metuh said that a lot of complaints has been made by Nigerians regarding to time wasting experienced. The stated that problems posed by the card reader was lapses, poor internet service in some locations and inadequate knowledge of both the INEC officials and voters. Read more @ punchng
