Dangote, 58, is Africa's wealthiest man having amassed a fortune in the area of $18.4 billion (£12.2 billion). He is presently the 67th wealthiest man on the planet.
He first talked about his enthusiasm for buying the Gunners a month ago when he conceded that 'one day' he wanted to purchase the club, including that he 'knew' his procedure to take them forward.
