These are Babylonian women who have dedicated their lives to fight against the Islamist insurgents ISIS. Babylonia belongs to a small, recently created battalion of Syrian Christian women in Hasakeh province. They are following in the footsteps of Syria's other main female force battling the jihadists. Although the new militia group is small, it is expected to grow in size.
