Winners chapel church set ablaze in Kaduna

  The headquarters of the Winners Chapel Church (also known as Living Faith Church) in Giwa Local Government Area of Kaduna State has been set on fire, by two unidentified persons, burning the church into ashes.

  The incident took place few months after the founder of the church, Bishop David Oyedepo endorsed President Goodluck Jonathan.
  The Director of National Issues of the Christian Association of Nigeria,(CAN), Sunny Oibe, and the president of Tarayyar Masihiyawan Nijeria (Hausa, Fulani and Kanuri chrstians), General Ishaku Ahmed Dikko (rtd), made a call on various security agencies to stay on alert so that elections in those areas would be devoid of violence.
  General Ishaku (rtd) and Sunny Oibe stated that the indigenous christian Hausa, Fulani and Kanuri, that lives with their friends, kids and relatives are in peril, if the security agents do not act fast.
